Heavy rock and metal anthems will - of course - be played all night ...
by vastly experienced Rock DJ Crue-Ella !!
If this will be your first visit to a 'lifestyle' club .. be rest assured, there is no pressure
or expectation to undress or participate in anything sexual. You are more than welcome
to simply enjoy the music and live entertainment, whilst socialising in the lounge.
And you can look forward to a much more vibrant and interesting
atmosphere than at any ‘vanilla’ club!
Of course .. for those who wish to play - the venue offers three private "red rooms"
and also a well-equipped dungeon - where full sexual activity is permitted.
Be advised that any inappropriate or non-consensual behavior will lead to
removal from the club, and a possible life-time ban!

For impact play in the dungeon, please bring your own equipment ...
although Jack always has an interesting selection of ‘tools and implements’
in his ‘Briefcase of BDSM’, which he may loan out if required ...

The dress code is 'alternative' or daring/outrageous - nothing too 'vanilla' please !!

The only area of Babylon where you are required to "dress down" is in the dungeon ...
however, we don't mean you have to get nekkid, or wear skimpy lingerie/underwear.

You can keep your full body covered if preferred, just please wear something
that is appropriate to the dungeon 'vibe'.
There are lockers to safely store your clothes and personal belongings if needed.
​
Babylon has a large variety of alcoholic and soft drinks on offer at their bar ....
with very reasonable prices !!

** PLEASE NOTE - you can NOT pay on the door for this event .. you need to buy a
ticket in advance . You also need to sign up to Babylon as a member ...
for which there is a small - one off - annual fee.

clubs like Babylon (and Grindhaus), do not want attending.

** About the Organiser **
GRINDHAUS is organised by Northern Kink (UK) .. which was
founded by Jack Fire (aka Warren Speed).
​
Warren has been a staple of the UK alternative scene since 1999 - promoting
events across the North of England in many 'alternative' genres, and in
all sizes and types of venue.
Warren is also a successful film-maker, as well as having performed
burlesque & fetish around the UK and Europe for many years.
​
Since 2014 Warren has been the promoter/DJ of the successful monthly
'vanilla' rock night 'Grindhouse' (held in Newcastle and Sunderland) .. as well
as promoting & DJ-ing the bi-monthly 'goth/alt 80’s' clubnight – Gearbox (Newcastle).
​
Warren also organises & hosts the regular 'fetish/kink' event night ‘Club Perv’
at Babylon, and a similar night called 'RokkHouse' at Partners in Bury.
